How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your items to cart, and proceed through checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping coming soon.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping options are available at checkout. Orders over $150 receive FREE Express Shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Contact us at brad@fourunder.com.au to arrange a size exchange if stock is available.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within a few business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
